Here at Wynn's Kitchen, I had an incredible time honoring AAPI Month! I was  featured on Fox 5 San Diego for their AAPI Month segment to share what sparked the idea to start my company Wynn's Kitchen. I'm honored to have the opportunity to share my story on how I founded my business accidentally. I created a healthier version of my favorite Vietnamese sauce - the saté Asian chili sauce because I couldn't find any Asian sauces that I could eat at the store. I would never had imagine in that moment, that it would turn into a full start up business! As a Vietnamese immigrant, it's my dream come true to be able to share flavors and dishes from my heritage and be able to turn it into a business. 

I had the best time cooking live with news anchor Shally Zomorodi! She mentioned that she is super busy (like most moms, especially working moms) and I showed her how quick it was to throw together a healthy and quick meal for the family using our signature Peanut sauce and Sate sauce. If you are short on time, buy a bag of veggies or cole slaw mix and stir fry it up with your favorite protein and the sauces. I made her a rice noodle veggie stir fry dish in under 5 minutes! 

The entire staff at Fox 5 San Diego was so sweet and helpful! I stayed after and cooked up the rest of the ingredients for the staff to enjoy for lunch! Thank you so much for having me and giving me the opportunity to share my founder story!
