1 lb Brussel Sprouts - trimmed & halved

1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar

2 Tbsp of Wynn's Kitchen Saté Sauce

Pinch of Salt & Pepper

Fresh Pomegranate Arils

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees -
Step 2:
Arrange the brussel sprouts on a cooking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, & salt & pepper and toss until well coated. -
Step 3:
Try to have the brussel sprouts not overlap each other, and transfer cookie sheet to the oven. -
Step 4:
Roast for 25-30 minutes until it's cooked thoroughly and has crispy edges. Toss occasionally. -
Step 5:
In a large serving bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, saté sauce. -
Step 6:
Add the roasted brussel sprouts to the bowl and toss in the sauce. Garnish with pomegranate and serve immediately.
