Spicy Roasted Brussel Sprouts

I really love adding a new spin on traditional dishes, so here is a recipe for my version of spicy brussel sprouts. I just love the colors of the pomegranate with the brussels sprouts. It really brightens up the dish and adds a festive touch.

Prep: 10 Minutes

Cook: 30 Minutes

Total: 40 Minutes

  • 4 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Brussel Sprouts - trimmed & halved
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp of Wynn's Kitchen Saté Sauce
  • Pinch of Salt & Pepper
  • Fresh Pomegranate Arils


  • Step 1:

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Step 2:

    Arrange the brussel sprouts on a cooking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, & salt & pepper and toss until well coated.
  • Step 3:

    Try to have the brussel sprouts not overlap each other, and transfer cookie sheet to the oven.
  • Step 4:

    Roast for 25-30 minutes until it's cooked thoroughly and has crispy edges. Toss occasionally.
  • Step 5:

    In a large serving bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, saté sauce.
  • Step 6:

    Add the roasted brussel sprouts to the bowl and toss in the sauce. Garnish with pomegranate and serve immediately.
