Welcome to a culinary adventure with Wynn's Kitchen as we celebrate National Chicken Wing Day in style with our irresistible Spicy Peanut Chicken Wings! This mouthwatering recipe is an adaptation of a recipe by the renowned Mark Bittman, featured in the New York Times. Prepare to embark on a taste journey like no other, as we infuse classic chicken wings with an explosion of flavors and delectable textures that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you craving more.

Our Spicy Peanut Chicken Wings are a true testament to the art of flavor harmony. We start by baking the wings to crispy perfection, ensuring each bite is a symphony of textures that excite the senses. What sets our recipe apart is the ingenious use of coconut aminos instead of soy sauce, providing a natural sweetness without the need for added sugars. This choice enhances the overall taste profile, creating a delightful balance that's sure to delight both kids and adults alike.

Now, let's dive into the preparation of these delectable wings. Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) as we set the stage for this culinary extravaganza. Cut 3 pounds of chicken wings into three sections, reserving the wing tips for future use in stock. Give the wings a light toss with a drizzle of neutral oil, 2 tablespoons of coconut aminos, and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce. These simple steps ensure the wings are primed for a flavorful infusion.

As the oven reaches its temperature, arrange the seasoned wings on 1-2 foil-lined baking sheets, and for an extra crispy finish, consider adding a lightly-oiled wire rack on top of the baking sheet. Allow the wings to bake for a tantalizing 20 minutes, and just as the aroma begins to fill your kitchen, remove the pan from the oven and deftly turn all the wing pieces over.

Now comes the star of the show - the incredible sauce. In a generously-sized bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of velvety coconut milk, 1/4 cup of the lip-smacking Wynn's Kitchen Peanut Sauce, 2 tablespoons of coconut aminos, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, and 2 tablespoons of Wynn's Kitchen Saté Chili Sauce. The result? A harmonious symphony of flavors that dance on your palate with each succulent bite.

With the wings now cooked to perfection, add them to the bowl with the sauce and toss to coat. The final touch? A quick broil in the oven, turning the wings as necessary, until they're beautifully browned on both sides.

And there you have it - our Spicy Peanut Chicken Wings, the ultimate crowd-pleaser for National Chicken Wing Day or any day you crave an extraordinary flavor experience. Serve these delightful wings with Wynn's Kitchen sauces for an extra flavor punch, and be prepared to bask in the praise of your amazed guests. Say goodbye to bland and ordinary wings; our recipe promises an explosion of flavors and a delightful twist that will revolutionize your wing game forever!
