Saté Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 2lb Pork Baby Back Ribs
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce (Use one with no sugar)
  • 3 tablespoon of Wynn’s Kitchen saté sauce

Directions: 

  1. Place the ribs in the instant pot, wrap around the curvature of the pot.  Add 1 cup of water, seal the lid and set on high pressure at 60 minutes. After it’s done let it naturally release for at least 30 minutes.
  2.  Place the oven rack to the top setting. Preheat the oven to broil.
  3. Release the lid to let out any pressure leftover. Lay the ribs on a baking sheet covered in foil. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels. 
  4. Mix the teriyaki sauce with Wynn’s Kitchen saté sauce and slather half of the sauce on top of the ribs. 
  5. Broil the ribs for 7 minutes
  6. Remove from the oven and brush on the remainder of the sauce.
