    Asian Peanut Coleslaw

    INGREDIENTS

    • 4 cups coleslaw cabbage mix
    • 1 cup shredded carrots
    • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    • 1/2 cup roasted chopped peanuts (optional)

     

    For the Peanut Dressing:

    • 1/4 cup Wynn's Kitchen Peanut Sauce
    • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
    • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
    • 1-2 tablespoons water (to adjust consistency)
    • fresh squeezed lime, to taste

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro. Toss the mixture until well combined.

    2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Wynn's Kitchen Peanut Sauce, rice vinegar, coconut aminos, and sesame oil until smooth. Adjust the consistency by adding 1-2 tablespoons of water if needed. Pour the peanut dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until the vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.

    Note: This Peanut Coleslaw can also be refrigerated for a few hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together. Stir well before serving if it's been refrigerated.
